Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable food items (opened)
• Opened supplements, medicines, and health products
• Opened personal care items
• Books with visible wear or damage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us on WhatsApp or email support@pgmdistributors.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
